Here’s a breakdown of my process:

  1. Planning: Create a content schedule outlining daily posts, including lead generation, sales, affiliates, podcast promotions, and going live.
  2. Repurposing: Repurpose live content into social media clips and emails.
  3. Content Creation: Record podcasts on Fridays, go live on Mondays for repurposing, and create a week’s worth of content at a time.
  4. Organization: Develop a standard operating procedure (SOP) to ensure consistency and efficiency in content creation.
  5. Delegation: Assign dates, times, links, and creative assets to each post, and utilize an assistant for scheduling content.
